Family owned and managed for over
30 years, Viking Residential brings two generations of excellent property management to the Philadelphia Metro apartment industry. Founded by the visionary business and civic leaders,
Bob and Bill Healey, Viking prides itself on its hands-on approach to management.

South Jersey born and raised, Bob and Bill have been “movers and shakers” for over 50 years. Bill served in the US Marine Corp during WWII and attended St. Joseph’s University after the war. Bob was a successful Camden County attorney when he and Bill decided to become partners in the real estate development business and other endeavors. Soon after they joined forces, Viking Yachts was founded and not long after became the preeminent manufacturer of high-end sport fishing boats and luxury yachts.

Continuing the family standard of excellence, daughter Caroline Adillon acts as the current president of Viking Residential. Caroline oversees the management of the company’s apartment portfolio in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also responsible for acquisitions and due diligence, as the company has grown its portfolio in the last few years. Caroline continues to provide the vision for an $11M, 7 year portfolio-wide renovation project. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Georgetown University and is an Accredited Resident Manager, designated by the Institute for Real Estate Management.
